First Aid while Injury
If Knee or ankle is injured, perform RICE Treatment i.e. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation.Relax injured part and stop playing for somewhile.
apply ice to injured part for 10-15 minute and stop. used crushed ice or place ice in icebag to ensure that it is not too cold! person can also use dry clothe. By this treatment you can find relaxation on injured part. repeat this procedure for every 4 hours for 2-3 days.
Apply crepe bandage for pressing. Ensure that it should be not too much tight bcz it can slow circulation of blood in injured part.place ur injured kneww above heart so that it will help proper drain from swelling.
Do not massage to ankle bcz it increase swollen.then finally show to doctor.
